Organization calendars are used to schedule and maintain activities for all the users within the organization. Organization activities are not related to participants or cases. Attendees cannot be invited to such activities. Organization activities apply to all users and as such are displayed on the organization activity calendar and a user's individual calendar, making it viewable by all users within the organization. Activities can be scheduled to occur once or they can be scheduled to recur at a specified frequency.
