Judicial Review Status

A judicial review status is maintained for a judicial review throughout its lifecycle. This provides information on the stages a judicial review goes through.

Status

Description

Open A judicial review status is "open" when the judicial review is first created on the system.
Canceled A judicial review status is "canceled" if the judicial review is canceled.
Delayed Process Pending A judicial review status is "delayed process pending" when the system is executing an online process. Delayed processing allows work to continue without having to wait for online processing to complete.
Closed A judicial review status is "closed" when the judicial review case has been closed by an authorized user. A user manually closes the judicial review case and sends a task instructing the owner of the original case to implement the decision.
