Appeal administration includes configuring time constraints, appeal security, appeal processes, and clauses. Appeal process administration allows the organization to set up appeal processes for the products it provides. Appeal security determines a user's access to appeal information. Clause administration allows the organization to store clauses that can be used in decision documentation.
Legal action administration allows the organization to define and categorize the legal action types that can be set up on individual cases and legal statuses.
