CCI provides a quick way for the user to search for a client and to start an intake for an anonymous person from the user home page. The system allows the user to search for a client using basic search criteria. If there is only one positive match found, then the system displays the person home page for the client. If there are multiple records found, the system displays a list of the possible matches. Once the anonymous person is registered as a prospect person, a unique reference number is created for the client. The worker can also begin an intake at this point.
