Once the intake worker sets the application to a state of ready for determination, the application enters into the applications awaiting determination work queue. The eligibility worker can view summary information for the tasks that are in the queue, see which tasks are overdue or due soon, and navigate to a list of tasks in the queue where he or she can reserve the tasks from the queue.
