Alerts

Based on the answers recorded by the intake worker as part of the triage, life events, and screening processes it may be necessary to alert the worker to important information. For example, if, during triage, the client has responded that he or she has an emergency need then it may be necessary for the worker to call emergency services immediately. Multiple alerts can be displayed based on the client's responses. Alerts can be defined in the triage, screening, or life events rule sets using the rules editor and subsequently displayed with the results.
