CCI allows the worker to create referrals to community service providers. Providers can be selected on the map based on the results of a triage or life event. By doing so, the system prepopulates the referral form with the selected provider details. The first and last name of the client must be entered on the referral form before it is saved.
A community service referral may also be created from the referrals list. In order to create a referral, the worker performs a search for a provider in the system. Once found, the worker enters the client's contact details and creates the referral. The referral creation date is stored in the system.
