Identifying Client Life Events and Dealing with them Effectively

CCI provides functionality which allows the agency to effectively deal with significant events in a client's life. For example, a client may contact the agency to report a life event, such as the birth of a child, marriage, or a change in employment. The process for managing life events differs based on whether the client has an active case(s) or not. If the client approaches the agency and tells the worker that a specific life event has occurred, and the client does not have an active case, the worker can select to run a triage-style script directed towards capturing information about the specific life event, and any other related life events that may have occurred.

If the client has an active case and reports a life event that impacts the case, the life event details can be captured and transmitted to any active case(s) that are affected.
