When a client approaches the agency, the worker searches to determine whether he or she is an existing client of the agency. If the client is new, the worker can register the client and proceed with the intake process. Alternatively, the worker can continue with a triage, life event, or screening for an anonymous client, if the client does not wish to identify themselves.
