Setting the Application Status to Ready For Determination

When an application has been completed and the intake worker and client are satisfied with it, it can be marked as ready for determination. CCI provides a default routing for the application when it's set to ready for determination. The application is sent to the ready for determination work queue where it can picked up by an eligibility worker for final processing.

Alternatively, an agency can configure that the application stays in the same state (i.e., leave the application assigned to the current user) or route the application to a specific user.

The default processing in CCI if an eligibility worker sets an application to ready for determination, is to leave the application assigned to the current assignee (i.e., it is not routed to the ready for determination work queue).
