CCI enables an agency to define the intake process to meet its requirements. For example, an agency may wish to include triage, screening, application, life events, and referral processing as part of its intake process. Another agency may want to include only the application step in its intake process. By providing configuration settings, CCI is flexible enough to meet the requirements of any SEM agency with a needs-based intake process.
CCI provides configuration settings for several elements of CCI including triage, screening, application, life event, referral, and PCR processing. An agency may have one or more user roles that perform all or part of the intake process. Functionality can be configured by user role. CCI provides sample intake worker, eligibility worker, and intake worker supervisor user roles.
