This configuration type is used when the agency is managing multiple program intakes and multiple applications. For example, the agency processes cash, food and medical assistance on one application form and processes unemployment insurance on another application form. If a client wants to apply for food assistance and unemployment insurance, the intake worker takes the food assistance application and then takes the unemployment insurance application. Any duplicate data can be pre-populated on the second application script so that the intake worker does not have to enter the same data twice. This supports the No Wrong Door approach to intake.
