This configuration type is used when the agency manages multiple programs, but has a combined application form which covers all programs. For example, the agency processes cash, food and medical assistance applications, and has one form which captures the data for all of them.This configuration is also used when the agency has configured to have separate cases for one or more of the programs on a single application. In this scenario, when the application script is submitted, separate applications are created with a status of submitted, and a unique reference number is generated for each application.
