The snap shot evidence feature provides the ability to create a copy of a case evidence record. A snap shot of evidence is used if an inquiry into evidence is required. A snap shot of the evidence record is recorded at the time a discrepancy is raised and is used in the issue case to manage the investigation of any evidence discrepancies.
