The purpose of this guide is twofold. It provides a business overview of Cúram's Citizen Context Viewer (CCV) while also providing insight into using the CCV to achieve business objectives.
The CCV displays a summary of a wide-range of client information in a single browser. When used in conjunction with the Cúram Case Participant Index (CPI), information can be retrieved from multiple systems, thus providing a holistic view of clients.
