Household Size and Income Unit for Pregnant Woman

  1. If father of the unborn is not living in the home, household size is 1 and only pregnant woman's income/resource are counted OR
  2. If father of the unborn is living in the home, household size is 2 and pregnant woman's income/resources and father's income/resource are counted.
