The sanctions assessment process runs on reassessment and determines if any eligible members of the unit have failed any of the following program rules. Sanctions may be imposed as a result of failure of any these program rules.

- Work Registration Non Compliance
- Voluntary Quit
- Intentional Program Violation
- Drug Related Felony
- Fraudulent Information
- Fleeing Felon
- Parole Violation
- Minor Parent School Non Attendance
- Minor Parent Living Arrangement Violation
- School attendance - dependent child
- Immunization non compliance
