A system property is provided which dictates whether CER rule sets can be reused across different screenings and also whether the same rule set can be used for eligibility and filtered screening. The system property curam.citizenworkspace.screening.ruleset.reuse.enabled can be used to control this. If this property is switched on, rule sets can be reused. If it is switched off, rule sets cannot be reused. Note: the ScreeningRulesLinkDAO.readActiveByRuleSet method cannot be used when this property is enabled.
