In order for filtered screening to be available before performing eligibility screening, filtered screening details must be specified for a screening. As with eligibility screening, a Filter Script (IEG) and associated data store schema must be defined to collect and store the answers to questions, and Filter Rules (CER rule set) must be specified to process the data and produce a filtered screening result. Once specified on the New Online Screening page, the system will automatically create an empty template for the scripts and ruleset which can be subsequently updated by selecting the associated hyperlinks on the Screening page.
