The agency can configure the system to specify whether, before screening, a citizen can choose to be authenticated or not. The system property curam.citizenworkspace.authenticated.screening is used to dictate if authentication is switched on or not. If this property is switched on, a citizen will be given the option to login to UA before starting a screening. If this is switched off, the citizen will be taken directly to the screening selection page.
