The purpose of this chapter is to describe the configuration options available for triage. A triage question script and rule set must be defined in order to produce triage results. Triage results display services that meet a clients needs based on answers provided in the triage script. The number of services to be preselected on the results page can be configured. The providers of services are displayed on Google Maps. The map displayed is governed by a number of settings outlined in this chapter.
