The actions to be displayed for a given result state can be configured, for example, if the status of a result is 'Ready To Enroll' an action of 'Enroll' can be configured for display to the citizen. For each action, a Name and Display State must be specified. A URI can be specified which defines the page to open when a citizen selects an action. Another motivation can also be initiated from a result action. The Type field defines whether another motivation is initiated or whether the page specified in the URI field should be initiated. If another motivation is to be initiated, the Motivation Reference must be specified.
