The purpose of this chapter is to describe the configuration options available for motivations. A motivation allows a customer to define their own processes and make them easily available from the citizen account, for example, Apply for Healthcare. A motivation consists of an IEG script, an associated data store schema, a data rule set and a display rule set. Running a motivation results in a configurable results page. This chapter outlines these aspects in more detail.
