Introduction

This chapter provides an overview of the configurations available for defining life events in UA administration. UA administration allows an agency to defines different types of life events, for example, Having a Baby, Changing Jobs and so on. Once defined, life events are displayed in the citizen account in UA allowing citizens to submit information to the agency as well as providing a citizen with useful information and resources relating to a particular life event. Life events can also be made available in other channels, for example, life events can be submitted online by a case worker in an internal application. Configurations allow for different information to be displayed depending on where the life event is initiated from, for example, the Changing Jobs life event question script displayed to a citizen can be different to the Changing Jobs life event question script displayed to a case worker.
