The New Language page allows the user to define the languages that UA is available in. Once defined, the languages are displayed on the UA home page. Languages should only be defined for the languages for which the application has been localized.
The Display Name allows an administrator to define the information that will be displayed on the UA Home page,for example,English, Deutsch. The Language drop down allows a user to specify the language that the application is available in.
