This chapter provides an overview of the configuration options available in the citizen account. Although customization is required in some areas, there are aspects which will allow an administrator to dictate what gets displayed in the citizen account. There are two main aspects of configurability in the citizen account:
Messages can originate as a result of transactions in a Cúram system or a remote system. The majority of the configuration options apply to all messages but there are a number of configuration options which do not apply to messages originating from a remote system. These are highlighted in the sections below.
