This chapter provides an overview of the configurations available for defining authentication factors in UA administration which are used to apply second level authentication to linked citizens when they log in to the UA. UA administration allows multiple authentication factors to be defined, for example, SSN, date of birth. Once defined, and second level authentication is activated, a citizen will be requested to submit the additional information when logging into the system.
