The agency can configure the system to specify whether, before applying, a citizen can choose to be authenticated or not. The system property curam.citizenworkspace.intake.allow.login is used to dictate if authentication is switched on or not. If this property is switched on, a citizen will be given the option to login to UA before starting an application. If this is switched off, the citizen will be taken directly to the application selection page.
