The system property curam.citizenworkspace.intake.enabled can be used to dictate if a citizen can start the application process from the UA Home page. If this indicator is switched on, the applications (Apply For Benefits) link is displayed on the UA Home page. If this is switched off the applications link is not displayed on the UA Home page.
