The purpose of this guide is to describe the configuration options available in Cúram Outcome Management to configure assessments and outcome plans. This includes descriptions of how an assessment must be configured before it can be used to identify client needs and also describes the tools that can be used to derive assessment results. It also includes details of how outcome planning can be configured which allows for structured outcome management to address and manage the needs identified during assessment. Two appendices are provided which outlines a step by step approach to creating a simple assessment using CDA and CER.
