Introduction

This chapter provides an overview of the configurations available for defining outcome plans in Outcome Management administration. Outcome Management allows agencies to define different types of outcome plans. Once outcome plans have been defined, plans can be created to identify and address client needs. There are five main aspects to configuring an outcome plan:

• configuring outcome plan goals
• configuring outcome plan objectives
• configuring outcome plan factors
• configuring outcome plan types
• configuring actions
• configuring progress
• configuring recommendation conditions
