The date that the first review should take place on an outcome plan can be configured using the First Review (days) field. This is used in combination with the outcome plan creation date to derive a next review date. For example, if this field is set to 30 days, and an outcome plan was created on the 01/01/2011, the next review date (the first review) will be set to 31/01/2011.
Additionally a review frequency can also be specified which allows an administrator to dictate the next review date for subsequent reviews. The Frequency is used in conjunction with the Frequency Calculation drop down list. The Frequency Calculation can be based on the 'Scheduled Date' or the 'Previous Review Completion Date'.
For example, if the review frequency is set to 7 days and the first review date is scheduled for the 01/01/2011, the next review date is 08/07/2010 if the next review date is based on the 'scheduled date'. Alternatively, if the next review date is based on the 'Previous Review Completion Date' and the previous review was completed on the 02/07/2010, the next review date is 09/07/2010.
