When a multidisciplinary team is added to an outcome plan, information can be shared with the members of the multidisciplinary team and can be accessed by them in the multidisciplinary team portal. For example, a case worker can specify that certain multidisciplinary team members can view certain notes and attachments from the portal. In some cases, an agency may not want to share information in this way and as such the Sharing Enabled indicator allows an administrator to dictate if information is shared with multidisciplinary team members or not. If the Sharing Enabled indicator is off, a case worker will not be provided with the ability to share information with multidisciplinary team members and therefore no information is visible in the portal for the selected outcome plan. If the Sharing Enabled indicator is on, a case worker will be given the option to share certain information with multidisciplinary team members.
