Determining If Role Changes Are Allowed

Administrators can specify if role changes are allowed for reassessment. The 'Role Change Allowed' indicator is used to specify if the roles defined for the assessment can be changed on reassessment.

When the Role Change Allowed indicator is selected, the Select Clients and Roles page is displayed on reassessment that allows the caseworker to change the roles for the assessment.

If the Role Change Allowed indicator is not selected, the Select Clients and Roles page will not be displayed on reassessment.

Note: Role changes are not allowed for reassessment purposes if only one role is defined for the assessment definition and only one client exists on the assessment.
