Defining Priority

An administrator can configure the minimum and maximum number of priority factors that can be selected by a case worker during priority factor selection on the assessment results page. For example, an administrator can specify that at least 3 factors which have been classified as 'In Crisis' must be selected as priority.

An administrator can also specify that particular classifications can be hidden from results. For example, an administrator can dictate that factors where a client has scored 'Thriving' should be hidden from the assessment results. This can be used to ensure that a case worker focuses mainly on factors where the client has scored poorly. This section outlines these configuration options.
