Administrators can add a definition and guidance text for factor classifications. A definition provides a description of what a particular score means i.e. It aims to describe a clients situation if they achieve a particular classification. The guidance text defined for a factor classification is displayed in the case worker application within the assessment results. Guidance assists a case worker in the analysis of client results and helps them to deal with clients achieving particular results. It may contain items or information that should be considered by a case worker when considering activities to address the factor result.
