A number of configuration options are provided that dictate the dates on which outcome plan reviews are scheduled to occur. The following should be considered when specifying these options:
- How soon after the plan creation date is the first review (in days)?
- How often after the first review will subsequent reviews take place (in days)?
- Are subsequent review dates calculated based on the last scheduled review date, or the date that the previous review was completed?
These settings dictate the next outcome plan review date which is then displayed to the worker on an outcome plan.
