Some factors are only required for the assessment i.e., they are used to determine the results of an assessment and are not involved in the planning aspects so therefore do not need to be available outside of the assessment. Other factors are used for the assessment and are required for planning.
The planning applicable indicator allows the administrator to mark the factors that are involved in planning that will be available outside an assessment. If the planning applicable indicator is enabled, the factor can be associated with the objectives and activities that are added to the plan. If the indicator is not enabled, the factor will be displayed in the assessment results only, and will not be displayed when the worker is adding objectives or activities to the plan, or in the activity workspace.
