The purpose of this guide is to describe how to configure the Cúram Citizen Context Viewer (CCV). The configuration of the CCV determines the historic and current information displayed for a client including the client's cases, family, and interactions with the organization, as well as any communities the client is a member of and the multidisciplinary teams assigned to the client's social enterprise folders.
