The application property, curam.ise.ccv.interactions.displayall, indicates whether or not to display all interactions for a client in the CCV. The default value for this application property is 'NO'. Thus, the configuration of the Application Property to Define the Number of Interactions to Display determines the dealings information displayed in the CCV. If the CCV administrator changes the value of this to 'YES', all client interactions are displayed in the CCV regardless of the configurations for the two remaining interaction application properties.
