Whether or not cases with undisposed applications should be displayed can be configured as follows:
- Create an element ShowCasesWithUndisposedApplication as a direct child of ShowExistingCase.
- On this element the following attribute can be specified which will configure whether cases with undisposed applications will be displayed on the individual cases list.
