Case statuses that will be displayed on the Cases tab can be configured as follows:
- For each case status you wish to display on the individual cases list, create an element ShowCasesOfStatus as a direct child of ShowExistingCase.
- On this element the following attribute can be specified which will configure the status of case to be displayed on the individual cases list:
