The statuses of cases that the application can be added to can be configured as follows:
- For each case status you wish to allow the application to be added to create an element AddToCaseOfStatus as a direct child of AddToExistingCase.
- On this element the following attribute can be specified which will configure the status of case that an application can be added to:
