The statuses of cases that the application can be transferred to can be configured as follows:
- For each case status you wish to allow the application to be transferred to create an element CaseStatus as a direct child of TransferToExistingCase.
- On this element the following attribute can be specified which will configure the status of case that an application can be transferred to:
