The application To Do list displays the outstanding tasks that the worker must complete in order to finish processing the application. It is possible to configure the name of the context used to load the To Do list on the application homepage. To configure the To Do list context do the following:
- Open the XML document which represents the intake process configuration.
- Locate the XML element ApplicationType which represents the application type to be configured.
- Create or locate an XML element TODOListAdviceContextKeyName as a direct child of the ApplicationType element.
- On this element the following attribute can be specified which will configure the name of the TODO list context:
