SECTION I. POST/BIOS UPDATES

1.   4693 POST/BIOS update diskette supports the following models:
     * 4693-3W1 Controller/Terminal
     * 4693-741 Controller/Terminal

2.   4693 POST/BIOS update diskette:
     * 4693 System Update Diskette (4693BIOS.DSK)

3.   4693 ABIOS (all 4693 models) is distributed on the following diskette:
     * 469X Supplemental Driver Diskette (469XSUPP.DSK)



SECTION II. ABIOS UPDATES

4693 ABIOS
----------
The 469X Supplemental Driver Diskette (SX27-3934) \root directory contains
a READ.ME file and ABIOS files that are used to support OS/2 and Windows NT
installation on 4693 hardware.

The OS/2 ABIOS files are:

 - ABIOS.DDP    (ABIOS Script Control File)
 - ABIOS.SYS    (ABIOS System File)
 - SF83EXX.BIO  (ABIOS Binary Image)

Use this 469X Supplemental Driver Diskette instead of the 4693 Reference
Diskette during OS/2 installation when instructed to provide ABIOS files.

When installing Windows NT on a 4693, copy the ABIOS files listed above
from this diskette to the 4693 hardfile prior to installing Windows NT.
