Description: This iFix applies to IBM InfoSphere Optim™
Designer 11.3.0.0-38. The iFix corrects the
following problems:
·
Optim Manager in
embedded mode displays exception reports in an XML format that is inconsistent
with the format used for process reports.
·
When Optim designer is used to create insert or load services,
service execution may fail if target tables do not exist in the data base.
·
Optim primary key
columns are missing within the Optim designer primary
key editor when the Upgrade option is used to synchronize an Optim primary key that contains lower case key columns.

How to install
this iFix:
·
Ensure
that all Optim components are not running before
applying this iFix.
·
Start
IBM Installation Manager.
·
Select
update option from the main main Installation Manager
window or menu.
·
Select
OPDM-11.03.00-001 iFix under IBM® InfoSphere®
Optim™ Designer 11.3.0.0-38. If more than one iFix is found by Installation Manager, then all of them
will be selected by default. Review each
iFix and unselect any that you do not wish to
install.
·
Continue
through the Installation Manager Update wizard to apply this iFix.
·
Stop
the Optim Manager Application.
How to uninstall
this iFix:
·
Ensure
that all Optim components are not running before
uninstalling any iFix.
·
Start
IBM Installation Manager.
·
Select
the Uninstall option from the main Installation Manager window
or menu.
·
Select
OPDM-11.03.00-001 1.0.0 iFix under the IBM® InfoSphere® Optim™ Designer
11.3.0.0-38.
·
Continue
through the Installation Manager Uninstall wizard to remove this iFix.
·
This iFix will automatically be uninstalled if you upgrade to a
new version.
·
Automatic
uninstalls:
This iFix is uninstalled automatically if
there is no longer a package installed to which the iFix
applies. This is checked during updates and rollbacks.
