To update your local copy of the release notes, download the .zip file and decompress it into your IBM Rational Tester for SOA Quality documentation directory. For non-English versions, ensure that you decompress the files into the appropriate subdirectory; for example, the French documents would be decompressed to installation_dir\documentation\fr_FR. The .zip files contain both PDF and HTML copies of the installation guide and an HTML copy of the latest release notes.
