1.0 概述

本文档描述如何安装 IBM® Rational® Performance Tester IFeature001 的下载版本。本文档还链接到某些指示信息，这些指示信息描述如何创建您的产品更新服务器的本地镜像。

2.0 安装先决条件

在安装此功能部件之前，必须先安装 IBM Rational Performance Tester 6.1 和 Interim Fix 001。请参阅 http://www3.software.ibm.com/ibmdl/pub/software/rationalsdp/rpt/61/html/ifix001/install.html 获取关于安装临时修订包的说明信息。

此功能部件仅适用于 Windows® 操作系统。

另外，如果通过在更新管理器中单击帮助 > 软件更新 > 管理配置或修改 feature.xml 文件禁用了任何产品功能，则必须在安装此功能部件之前重新启用它们。

3.0 配置 Rational Product Updater 以安装本地功能部件

使用安装了 IBM Rational Performance Tester 的同一用户帐户安装此功能部件。

限制：

要安装此功能部件，请完成以下步骤：

  1. 单击开始 > 程序 > IBM Rational > Rational Product Updater 启动 Rational Product Updater。


  2. 单击首选项 > 更新站点。
  3. 浏览至 temp_dir\rpt\policy_siebel_ifeature001.xml，其中 temp_dir 是抽取的功能部件所在的位置。请参阅 Downloading the feature for local installations 获取更多信息。
  4. 单击确定。
  5. 单击查找可选功能部件。
  6. 选择 Interim Feature 001。要在安装之前阅读 IFeature 发行说明，请单击 Interim Feature 001。“详细信息”窗格中会显示此描述。


  7. 单击安装功能部件。
  8. 要接受许可证协议并且继续安装，请单击确定。

    9. 根据您的计算机处理器速度和您的计算机中的 RAM 大小，此功能部件可能需要花费很长的时间安装。

    在完成安装后，Rational Product Updater 会在“已安装的产品”页面上列出已安装的功能部件。

  9. 关闭 Rational Product Updater。

4.0 创建更新服务器的本地镜像

在以下情况下，您可能要创建 Rational Performance Tester 更新服务器的本地镜像：

5.0 卸载功能部件

使用安装了 IBM Rational Performance Tester 的同一用户帐户卸载此功能部件。

限制：

要卸载此功能部件，请完成以下步骤：

  1. 启动 Rational Product Updater：


  2. 单击回滚选项卡。


    3. “回滚”页面会显示当前已为 Rational Performance Tester 安装的更新和可选功能部件的清单。

  3. 选择 Interim Feature 001。


    4. 更新之间的依赖关系会自动强制实施。如果其他一些已安装更新需要使用您选择进行回滚的更新，则依赖于所选更新的那些更新也会被选择进行回滚。

  4. 单击回滚更新。
  5. 关闭 Rational Product Updater。
