Using Print from Application - Select Profile
To specify the application profile that you want ZipPrint to use,
click File > ZipPrint > Print from Application - Select Profile.
ZipPrint displays a list of the available application profiles.
You select the application profile that you want ZipPrint to use.
Use this option when the session contains more than one application profile
that matches the currently displayed document.
Suppose that you have two application profiles that match a particular document:
-
The first application profile is a generic application profile
for documents of this type.
-
The second application profile is an application profile
to print a specific portion of this document.
In this situation you could use Print From Application - Select Profile
to select the application profile for ZipPrint to use
with this document.
When you select Print from Application - Select Profile,
ZipPrint
compares the application profile that you select
with the currently displayed document:
-
If the application profile
does not match
the currently displayed document,
ZipPrint displays an error message.
-
If the application profile
does match
the currently displayed document,
ZipPrint uses the application profile
to print the document.
